Above titles and roles, I’m a human—just like you. I’m a company director, yes, but I’m also a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend—and above all, someone who tries her best to be a “good egg.” It’s the human side of me that engages in every session with you and your team. I believe empathy, authenticity, and active listening are non‑negotiable foundations for meaningful collaboration and growth
In 2009, after over 20 years in senior corporate positions across sectors like finance, project management, sales, operations, marketing and contract management, I took a leap. Facing redundancy during the financial crash, I decided to channel that breadth of experience into something bespoke—training and coaching that actually makes a difference. And so Salt Solutions was born . My corporate journey gave me firsthand knowledge not just of what works—but also of how things can go wrong. Lesson learnt: better to guide you through the pitfalls than have you learn them the hard way!
