I love what I do.
Delivering Business training, coaching and mentoring that works is the reason I get out of bed on even the coldest and darkest mornings.
But. the first thing you need to know about me is ,just like you and everyone else, I am a HUMAN. First and foremost we are all HUMAN.
Yes, I’m a company owner and director, I’m a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and wannabee good egg.
But it is the HUMAN in me that will be working with you and your team to strengthen, develop and grow your business.
I set up Salt Solutions in 2009 after more than 20 years in the corporate world. In that time I worked across a wide range of business sectors, largely at a senior level.
I learned a lot about how to get the most of people, and more importantly how to totally mess things up and have to start again. Groan.
I did that so you don’t have to. You’re welcome :-).

My training delivery is energetic, interactive and engaging but with real purpose. I use a blended approach to ensure maximum engagement and to keep things interesting for everyone involved.
I recognise communication lies at the heart of everything we do. Get it wrong and you’ve got a problem on your hands. Get it right and everything else falls into place.
